To set up and run the service we are given access to your store: source code, a database dump, Composer credentials, repository or server access, depending on what you choose to provide. Databases are sanitized before installation. This material is used to operate the service for you and for no other purpose.
We do not collect sensitive data such as health, race, religion or political views, and we do not ask you for it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use essential cookies to store basic information such as user and session data, so the product works when you are signed in. You can control cookies in your browser, and how to do that is set out on our cookie page.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the service, and only to the extent they need it. That includes hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor, and the AI providers whose models the platform uses.
