Questions

Can we use Ari without your team?

Yes. That is the $99 plan. You run Ari, and your own developers read the pull request and put it live. The $990 plan is for when you would rather ours did that part.

Who puts the change live?

You do, on your own release process. Ari has no access to your servers, your pipeline or your live database. On the Ari plus human plan Ari engineers deploy, so they get access to your release process. Ari still does not.

What happens if something breaks?

Ari never touches your live store. Work comes back as a pull request, so a change nobody merges changes nothing. There are no restore points and no one click undo: a change that is already live is reversed the same way you reverse any release.

How fast do you answer when we need help?

24/7 with a one hour response is Enterprise. Every other plan agrees a response time with you in writing when you sign.

What do we have to give you to set it up?

We need three things from you: a cleaned database dump, your codebase in a fresh repository with its history, and composer credentials. We run a copy of your store on our own machines. Nothing runs against your live one.

Can you take over a store from another agency?

Yes. Ari reads the codebase you actually have, not the one somebody wrote a document about. Your code stays in your own repository the whole time.

Which AI model is behind it?

We do not name it, and it changes as better ones arrive. What you can check is the output: every change comes back as a pull request with every line it changed in it.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. The demo store is ready the moment you ask.

Can we cancel?

Monthly. Your code stays in your own repository, so leaving costs you nothing but the subscription.
